Los Angeles County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas and the County of Los Angeles Public Library are excited to announce the grand reopening of the A C Bilbrew Library and Black History Month Celebration.
Free refreshments will be provided and library programming will take place throughout the weekend.
Parking available at Athens Park with shuttle service to the library from 3 to 8pm.
