Relax and stay fit at the library. A local Yoga Instructor will visit the library to conduct a simple course on meditation and stretching. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and shoes in the main library area. Please bring water, a towel and arrive 5 minutes early. Also, feel free to bring a yoga mat from home or borrow one from the library for the programs.
