History of the Rebozo

Miriam Quezada will discuss the important role that the rebozo has played in history, especially in Latin America.  She will also bring samples of beautiful rebozos she has collected over the years to show the audience.  The rebozo looks like a cross between a scarf and a shawl and is considered part of Mexican culture and identity.  Light refreshments will be provided after the program by the Friends of the Library.
