After two years of construction and many years of planning, the City of West Hollywood is nearing completion of Phase I of the West Hollywood Park Master Plan which includes the building of the highly-anticipated new West Hollywood Library located at 625 N. San Vicente Boulevard (at Melrose).
The new state-of-the-art library facility features:
- Stuart Feigin Computer and Technology Areas
- Well Fargo Career Development Center
- Signature Collections including the Ron Shipton HIV Information Center and an Art and Design Collection
- Children's Theatre and Children's Area
- Public art installations from artists David Wiseman and Shepard Fairey
- Public Murals from artists Shepard Fairey, Retna and Kenny Scharf
- Certified Green Building with a LEED Silver rating
- Teen Area
- LGBT Area featuring the LGBT Collection

- Assistive Technology and Large Print Collections

- Friends of the Library Bookstore
