Two certified yoga instructors are holding free workshops for children and adults at the following times:

Yoga for Beginners - 4:30 pm

Just for beginners! Develop a good foundation with this introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and overall personal awareness.

Discover the physical and mental benefits of prenatal yoga during pregnacy, which yoga poses are safe when you're pregnant, and how to do yoga safely.
