1-2-3, Play With Me Parent/Child Workshop

Parents/caregivers come spend one-on-one time with your children up to age 3-1/2 years. You will play together, do an art activity together, and meet other parents and children in an educational, creative and safe environment. Community resource professionals will be on hand to answer questions and discuss topics such as child development, behavior or safety.
Ages 0 - 3-1/2 and their parents/caregivers.

Family Place Parent Child Workshop

Family Place workshops are an opportunity for parents and caregivers and their children (3 years of age and under) to play and learn together in a setting filled with toys and art activities that foster learning and creativity. A closing Circle Time includes singing and nursery rhymes. A different community resource specialist will be available at each session to give a brief talk and answer questions on various parenting topics.

The series will take place on five consecutive Monday evenings including the last two in November and the first three Monday evenings in December (November 17th through December 15th). No pre-registration is required.

Toddlers and their parents are invited to our 5-series Family Place workshops.  This is an interactive program.  Toys will be available for toddlers to play with and a resource specialist will be present each week to answer parents' questions.  Vanessa Cervantes, a Speech Pathologist from Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center will talk about speech development in children.
