The true story of the secretive police unit that waged an anything-goes war to drive mob boss Mickey Cohen and other gangsters from Los Angeles in the 1940's.

Originally scheduled for a September release, the movie stars Josh Brolin, Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, and Sean Penn (as Mickey Cohen).
