Custodial RFP- LHQ | County of Los Angeles Public Library

Closing Date: 03/5/2012, 10:00 a.m.

The County of Los Angeles Public Library is releasing one (1) Request for Proposal (RFP), on January 30, 2012, for the solicitation of proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing custodial services for fifteen (15) library facilities located in Area 4 and fifteen (15) library facilities located in Area 6. The purpose is to award separate contracts for Area 4 and Area 6.

The deadline for submitting proposals for Area 4 and Area 6 is no later than 10:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time (PST) on March 5, 2012. As a requirement for submission, Proposers must attend the Mandatory Proposer’s Conference on February 13, 2012 and a multi-day Walk-through of all library facilities within Area 4 and Area 6.

Reservations to attend the conference must be made by Thursday, February 9, 2012, 1:00 p.m., PST. To make a reservation, please contact Marcia Kenny at mkenny@library.lacounty.gov or (562) 940-6919. The County of Los Angeles in its ‘GREEN’ initiative efforts will not make copies of the RFP available at the conference.
