Help Bridge the Digital Divide

The digital divide is one of the more pressing social issues of the 21st century, and LA County Library is at the forefront of organizations devoted to ensuring digital access for ALL residents of LA County, no matter their circumstances.

Our libraries offer laptops with internet connectivity that can be borrowed for free to help customers look and apply for jobs, access school resources, or simply stay connected with family, friends, and the world. You can also find free Wi-Fi with unlimited connectivity in our parking lots for personal, educational, and professional use. In partnership with LA County’s Delete the Divide initiative, select libraries offer Digital Assistants that provide in-person tech support, digital literacy training, and basic computer assistance services.

These programs are made possible with your generous donations, so please support LA County Library in its aim to bridge to digital divide.
